Fit Foods

Southern Mississippi's Sun Herald has a great article today on foods that will help get and stay trim. Among the foods touted are Almonds, Soy, Apples, Yorgurt (I'm eating StonyField Farm's non-fat yorgurt as I type this), and leafy greens.
