If you exercise regularly, you will be able to lose excess pounds and achieve a healthy weight. At first try to take a thirty-minute session three-five days a week. Do not forget to warm up before cycling. Your pace should not be too high: you should feel warm and only a little out of breath. Cycling is fun. Find a pal to join you. Do not hesitate, just get out and ride.

Cycling does give me a high too.I love to do that in the countryside .Apart from losing weight, one gains energy and stamina. It increases muscle strength and makes you fit and energetic.I try and make it a point to do this early in the morning when the roads are empty and one can cycle for a longer time without any obstruction whatsoever.
