Cool Down Before You Exercise?
It's been a busy morning, hence today's post is bit late.
Over the weekend, Yahoo published an article about a new line of thought regarding exercising in the heat. Some scientists believe that lowering the body temperature before going into a hot environment helps people cope with hot temperatures.
We have not seen the full study, but will post a link if we can find it.
