Time to Eat Healthier and Exercise More
Our philosophy at NetSweat is that you should eat healthy and workout regularly so that you can enjoy life more.
Hopefully, you spent time enjoying the company of family and friends yesterday, the Fourth of July, as opposed to worrying about how many calories were in that serving of potato salad. Holidays are a time to celebrate, not to fret. As for ourselves, we hit a few parties and enjoyed both the company as well as some traditional fare, including hot dogs and apple pie. (Yum!)
Fitness is about balance and if you enjoyed yesterday, then watch your diet today and for the rest of the week. Cut back on your calories, eat more veggies and get more cardio in. As far us, we’ll be eating a salad for lunch, a relatively low calorie dinner and spending a bit extra time working out this evening.
On a related note, last night we watched the fireworks through 3-D glasses. It was a sensory delight and we strongly recommend it.
