Hydration and Flying
At least temporarily, the TSA has banned passengers from taking liquids and lotions abroad U.S. commercial flights in response today's foiled terrorist plot in London.
Flying has always been a cause of dehydration and we have long encouraged people to take a bottle of water with them to the airport and onto the plane. Given today's rule changes, all we can suggest is that people plan on drinking more water before going to the airport and after landing. Furthermore, alcohol should be avoided in the hours prior and after flying.
Kudos to the British officials who caught the alleged terrorists. Words cannot fully express our, and everyone else's, gratitude.
