Now that Halloween is over, it's time to get rid of the candy lying around your house. Especially, the candy that you bought to give out. (For tips on getting your kids to give up some of their stash, see our post from Sunday).

Throw it out, put it somewhere else in your office, give it to a religous group, whatever, just get rid of the Halloween candy. Your waistline will thank you.
