Small Goals Will Keep The Weight Off
If you've been struggling to stay with a diet, set your goals lower and then keep attacking those goals. For instance, if you're drinking a bottle of coke everyday, cut back to a can. If you can't make it through the afternoon without a snack, keep fruit or vegatables around. Take the stairs the down instead of the elevator.
Small steps like these may not seem like much, but they add up. Few people are successful in making major lifestyle changes, but small changes are easier to keep and overtime they add up to big changes.
And if you need motivation, step on the scale and draw the line at your present weight. If you focus on staying below the current level, whatever it is, you'll be on your way to getting to more fit.
