Taylor Hicks' Weight Loss Plan

Taylor Hicks is lighter and more fit than he was a year ago when he won American Idol - about 20 pounds lighter.

How did he do it? Taylor's weight loss plan was surprisingly simple, he ate healthier and exercised more. Hicks has taken up running and does a high-energy performance act on stage. In other words, he is watching his calories and is exercising everyday. You can achieve the same results by eating right and exercising everyday.
