The Best and Worst Sunblock

We want to remind everyone to put on sunblock this Fourth of July (and just about every day thereafter). No matter how good your fitness regime is, you can't negate the damaging effects of the sun with exercise and a healthy diet.

Like any product, not all sunblocks are made equal. The Environmental Working Group has compiled a list of what it considers to be the best and worst sunblocks. Among the sunblocks to receive the group's highest scores are Peter Thomas Roth Ultra-Lite Titanium Dioxide Sunblock SPF 30 114ml/4oz, Vanicream Sunscreen Sport SPF 35 - 4 oz and Obagi Nu Derm Physical UV Block SPF 32 2oz.

The Environmental Working Group also has an article explaining their sunblock ratings.
