Keep Running Shoes At Your Office

Here is an easy way to lose some additional weight and get an extra workout in during the day: keep a pair of running shoes at the office.

Everyday, during lunch, put on the running shoes and go for a walk. It doesn’t have to be long, even 15 minutes will provide some benefit. And as long you don’t keep the pace too brisk, you won’t have to worry about taking a shower afterwards.

You will, however, get your heart pumping a bit faster, make your muscles more relaxed and your head clear. As an added bonus, you will be more productive throughout the rest of the afternoon, something your boss will like.
